Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast-growing app-based technology company and help us attract and hire exceptional talent across our organization.

You will partner closely with leadership and managers to understand business needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and build strong talent pipelines across Technology, Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and define appropriate candidate profiles.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct interviews and assessments and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Recruit for technology and digital roles, including Mobile Development, Product, UX/UI, and DevOps.

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced organization.
• Experience working in a technology, mobile app, digital, e-commerce, marketplace,or startup environment is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and modern recruitment practices.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Excellent interviewing, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
