TADAWENA is a growing pharmaceutical company seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive recruitment efforts and significantly contribute to our long-term Organizational and People Development goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Utilize expert tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, industry conferences, niche job boards) to proactively source high-caliber talent.
Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managersdefining requirements, conducting structured interviews, and guiding the selection process.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast future talent needs and skill gaps to ensure effective people development and training plans.
Build and maintain a robust talent pool for critical roles to support long-term succession planning.
What You Bring:
Minimum 4+ years of dedicated Talent Acquisition experience, specifically within the Pharmaceutical industry.
Deep understanding of Total Rewards packages and compensation structures.
Strong proficiency in strategic sourcing, behavioral interviewing, and complex offer negotiation.
Excellent communication, analytical skills, and the proven ability to influence stakeholders.
