Duties will include collaborating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, building strategies for employer branding, and fostering a positive candidate experience to attract qualified professionals. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will drive creative recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals and ensure successful talent placement.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
- Strong capabilities in Hiring, Interviewing, and Candidate Screening
- Experience in Employer Branding to position the company as a top workplace
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Experience with talent acquisition software or applicant tracking systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related Field
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
