Job Description

Job Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for Travco Properties, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires. The role ensures a professional, timely, and high-quality hiring process that supports the company's workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Selection

  • Manage the full end-to-end recruitment processfor all assigned positions, ensuring timely hiring and alignment with manpower plans.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managersto understand job requirements, workforce needs, and selection criteria, and to prepare or update job descriptions.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategiesusing job boards, the company portal, referrals, and internal talent pools to attract qualified applicants.
  • Review CVs and shortlist candidatesbased on job requirements, competencies, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct structured phone, virtual, or in-person screeningsto evaluate experience, communication skills, motivation, and overall suitability.
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth coordination and timely communication.
  • Prepare and share interview feedback summarieswith hiring managers and support the decision-making process.
  • Coordinate and administer assessments or testswhen required, ensuring results are documented and shared appropriately.
  • Conduct professional reference checksand verify employment history for selected candidates.
  • Support offer preparation and negotiation, ensuring internal alignment and approval of compensation packages.
  • Extend employment offers and guide candidatesthrough the acceptance process, ensuring clarity and professionalism.

Onboarding

  • Prepare onboarding schedules for new hires and ensure all pre-employment documents are completed.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Coordinate with HR Operations to complete necessary administrative and system-related onboarding steps.

System & Portal Management

  • Post and update vacancies on recruitment systems and the company career portal.
  • Maintain updated and well-organized candidate records and hiring documentation.
  • Track applications, follow up with candidates, and ensure timely communication at all stages.
  • Generate recruitment reports and dashboards as requested.

Employer Branding

  • Support employer branding initiatives through approved channels.
  • Participate in job fairs, university events, and career-related community activities.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and local labor regulations.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline status, and source effectiveness.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly hiring updates for management.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 35 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Very good to excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Experience with recruitment systems or HR platforms.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a strong plus.
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
