About the Role:

YES-PAC Packaging Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the attraction, selection, and retention of top talent that aligns with our company's values and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational manpower needs.

Partner with department heads to identify hiring requirements and create detailed job descriptions.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive networking and market mapping.

Conduct competency-based interviews and ensure a consistent selection process.

Coordinate and participate in job fairs, career events, and employer branding initiatives.

Manage recruitment analytics, dashboards, and reports to track progress and measure hiring efficiency.

Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal policies and labor regulations.

Supervise and support junior recruiters in their daily operations.

Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.

Participate in HR projects related to workforce planning and organizational development.

Qualifications & Requirements:

58 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.

Proven success in managing large-scale recruitment campaigns and filling technical and non-technical positions.

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).

Excellent interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.

Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
