Job Title: Technical Team Leader

We are looking for a Technical Team Leader to oversee the preparation and delivery of technical drawings for residential projects while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely completion. The role involves supervising technical architects and coordinating with design, 3D, site supervision teams, contractors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and supervise the preparation of technical drawings and working drawings for residential projects.
- Ensure alignment between design concepts, technical drawings, and site requirements.
- Review As-Built drawings and coordinate with the Project Manager to reflect any site changes.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, life safety regulations, MEP requirements, and technical standards.
- Attend site and technical meetings with contractors and consultants when needed.
- Coordinate with design and MEP teams to ensure proper integration of lighting and technical elements.
- Assign tasks and projects to technical team members and supervise deliverables to maintain quality and deadlines.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and performance evaluation for team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering or related field.
- 610 years of experience in architectural technical design.
- Strong experience with AutoCAD and design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent command of English.
