Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Office Manager to oversee cost Control, tendering, contract administration, and technical coordination across multiple development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents.
- Analyze contractor quotations and conduct technical & financial comparisons.
- Manage Payments Invoices, claims, and variation orders.
- Prepare project cash flow and cost control reports.
- Coordinate between All the relevant Parties.
- Review shop drawings and ensure alignment with project specifications.
- Monitor project budgets and forecast financial performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 8–14 years of experience in technical office or quantity surveying roles.
- Strong knowledge of contracts and cost control systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and project management software.
- Monitor the process of contractors Payments
- Experience in Commercial, residential and villas Projects is preferred.
