Job Summery
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Technical Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing, assessing, and hiring top tech talent, while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced environment.
Role Description
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles (Software Engineers, Data Analysts, DevOps, etc.)
- Conduct job intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
2. Sourcing & Talent Attraction
- Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases)
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, X-ray search)
3. Screening & Assessment
- Conduct initial HR interviews and technical pre-screening
- Evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and support technical interviews with hiring teams
4. Stakeholder Management
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies
- Provide regular updates and market insights to stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor on hiring decisions
5. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report key recruitment metrics:
- Time to Hire
- Time to fill
- Offer Acceptance Rate
- Maintain accurate data in ATS / recruitment trackers
6.Employer Branding
- Promote company brand across recruitment channels
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
7. Offer Management
- Manage offer process including negotiation and closing candidates
- Ensure alignment with internal salary structures and approvals
8. Process Improvement
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools
- Implement best practices and innovative sourcing techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
- 4–7+ years of experience in technical recruitment
- Proven experience hiring for technical roles (Software, IT, Tech)
- Proficient in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection
- Experience in Hiring and Technical Recruiting, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Strong Recruiting skills, with a demonstrated ability to attract and retain top talent
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging effectively with clients, candidates, and teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
