As part of our global expansion, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong international recruitment expertisespecifically from USA or UK to join our dynamic team. This is a confidential search aimed at attracting high-caliber professionals ready to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple regions and business functions

Collaborate with leadership to define talent strategies and hiring needs

Identify, attract, and engage exceptional candidates using modern tools and platforms

Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring

Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience aligned with our culture

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to international hiring practices
• Minimum 5 Years of experience in Technical Recruitment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical background is preferred
• Good to have Staffing or Consultancy background
