Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical ServiceNow Consultant with deep hands-on experience across SPM, GRC, CSM, ITSM, and App Engine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading complex implementations, designing scalable technical solutions, and advising stakeholders on best practices to maximize platform value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end technical implementations and enhancements for:
  • Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
  • Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
  • Customer Service Management (CSM)
  • IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • App Engine (custom application development)
  • Design and develop scalable solutions using ServiceNow best practices.
  • Configure and customize the platform using:
  • Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs
  • Flow Designer / Workflows
  • IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP APIs
  • Develop custom applications and workflows using App Engine.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems and data sources.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and quality assurance.
  • Support system upgrades, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
  • Prepare solution design documents, technical documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong technical expertise across SPM, GRC, CSM, and ITSM.
  • Proven experience in developing custom applications using App Engine.
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, CMDB, and integrations.
  • Experience delivering enterprise or multi-module implementations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus, if applicable).

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in one or more modules (SPM, GRC, CSM, ITSM).
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • Consulting or system integrator experience.
  • Experience in government, banking, or large enterprise environments is plus.
