About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for highly technical roles across engineering, product, data, and infrastructure teams. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical recruiting expertise with strong stakeholder partnership, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
As a senior member of the recruiting team, you will act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, help shape hiring processes, and mentor junior recruiters while consistently closing top-tier technical talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for senior and specialized technical roles (software engineering, DevOps, data, security, etc.)
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs, role requirements, and hiring strategies
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, ATS tools, and other platforms
- Screen candidates for both technical capability and cultural alignment
- Manage and optimize interview processes, ensuring efficiency, fairness, and a strong candidate experience
- Drive offer strategy, negotiate compensation, and close candidates successfully
- Use recruiting metrics and market insights to guide hiring decisions and improve outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and reporting within the ATS
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines
- Mentor and support junior recruiters or coordinators
- Contribute to employer branding and recruiting process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in fast-paced or high-growth environments
- Proven success recruiting for complex technical roles (e.g., backend, frontend, full-stack, data, infrastructure)
- Strong understanding of technical skill sets, job functions, and hiring trends
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and closing skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills
- Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)

- Experience hiring globally or across multiple regions
- Familiarity with DEI-focused hiring practices
- Prior experience mentoring or leading recruiters
