Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in El Sheikh Zaid as a Senior Tendering Engineer. The Senior Tendering Engineer will be responsible for preparing detailed tenders for fit-out projects, analyzing project requirements, and delivering competitive pricing solutions. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with clients and suppliers, drafting technical and financial submissions, and ensuring all tender documentation complies with industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Civil.
• +4 years experience in fit-out projects.
• Proven expertise in tendering, cost estimation for fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of project requirements and the ability to develop competitive pricing strategies.
• Technical knowledge in materials, construction methods, and design processes for fit-outs.
• Proficiency in tender document preparation, including financial and technical submissions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients and suppliers.
• Attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills.
