Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced UI/UX Designer to join a well-known Islamic Bank. the Ideal Candidate will enhance the design and usability of the Bank's software products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Implementation: Improve existing user interface designs and propose enhancements that optimize usability and user satisfaction.
  • Design System Collaboration: Co-build and maintain a scalable design system with fellow designers and developers.
  • Requirement Translation: Convert product and user requirements into detailed style guides, design patterns, and polished interface components.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with users, clients, product managers, and developers to capture goals and define effective design strategies.
  • UX Deliverables: Design user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and validate the user experience.
  • Problem Solving: Identify UX problems and suggest data-informed solutions, maintaining consistency with brand style standards for fonts, colors, and imagery.
  • Experience Design: Help develop products, systems, and services that deliver meaningful, intuitive experiences to users.
  • User Research: Conduct interviews, observations, and other research methods to gather actionable insights.
  • Usability Testing: Run and evaluate usability tests to refine designs and ensure optimal performance and accessibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years experience in UI/UX design, ideally within software or digital platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Excellent grasp of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
  • Proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and communicate design rationale clearly.
