Signage Cluster Manager
Location: Saudi Arabia
Duration: June 1, 2026 until March 1, 2027
Role Overview
We are looking for a Signage Cluster Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of all signage, branding, and wayfinding elements for a large-scale international football tournament. This role will oversee end-to-end execution across multiple venues, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery in line with event standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall signage and wayfinding strategy across assigned venues or clusters
- Manage design coordination, production, and installation of all signage elements
- Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and tournament requirements
- Oversee venue dressing, including directional signage, back-of-house, and spectator-facing assets
- Coordinate with internal teams (overlay, operations, marketing, venue management) for seamless delivery
- Manage vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
- Conduct site inspections and manage installation schedules across venues
- Monitor progress and resolve on-site challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure health and safety compliance during installation and dismantling phases
- Support testing, commissioning, and operational readiness activities
Requirements
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in signage, branding, wayfinding, or event overlay
- Strong background in large-scale events, sports tournaments, or exhibitions
- Experience managing multiple venues or large clusters is highly preferred
- Proven experience working with production vendors and managing installation timelines
- Strong understanding of signage materials, fabrication, and installation processes
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
- Proficient in project management tools and basic design coordination (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus)
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
