Accountabilities & Key Roles:
- Conduct financial and credit analysis of SME clients to assess their creditworthiness.
- Prepare and write comprehensive Credit Reviews (CRs) and submit to Risk.
- Manage the individually assigned portfolio by performing the following tasks
- Follow up on timely renewals of credit facilities granted and ensure all required documents are received.
- The validity of CGC and insurance policies ensuring timely renewal prior to expiration.
- Verify compliance with approved Terms & Conditions in each file.
- Manage files for proper execution of credit operations.
- Flag and follow up on Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) or accounts showing early
- warning signals in alignment with the special assets team.
- Ensure credit files comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Contact SME clients directly via phone or in person visits to:
- Clarify business operations and financials.
- Verify on ground business activity.
- Conduct site visits when necessary to assess declared operations, stock levels, or premises, in coordination with the RM.
Job Requirements:
- Education: University degree from a reputable university.
- Experience: Min 2 year's experience in banking in a related field in a leading financial institution.
- Solid communication and presentation skills
- Ability to deliver results against tight deadlines
- Proven analytical and modeling skills.
- Understanding of financial statements.
- Strong understanding of market requirements and cyclical industries.
