Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content & Social Media Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for creating engaging content across various platforms, managing our social media presence, and ensuring consistency in tone and brand messaging.

Responsibilities:

Research industry-related topics and stay updated on trends.

Create well-structured, original content for blogs, social media, website, email campaigns, and marketing materials.

Edit and proofread content in both Arabic and English before publication.

Use SEO best practices to optimize content and improve organic reach.

Manage and grow our presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

Analyze content and social media performance (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions, etc.) and prepare reports.

Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create visuals and campaigns that support content.

Identify customer needs and content gaps, and recommend new topics or formats.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation and social media.

Previous experience in a software or tech company is a must.

Portfolio of written content and/or managed social media pages.

Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Arabic.

Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Strong time-management and organizational skills.
