The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing a strategic social media vision that reflects a refined, aspirational, and globally competitive luxury identity. The successful candidate will ensure consistent brand storytelling, enhance online reputation, and support wider marketing and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the brand's positioning and long-term marketing objectives.
- Lead content direction across platforms, ensuring high-end visual and written storytelling that reflects the brand's architecture, lifestyle offerings, and design philosophy.
- Manage and oversee all social media channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube, maintaining consistency in tone, aesthetic, and messaging.
- Build and engage a community of individuals, investors, lifestyle audiences, and industry stakeholders.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns, ensuring strong performance metrics while preserving brand integrity.
- Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and provide data-driven insights to enhance engagement and ROI.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Brand, Development, and PR teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
- Support reputation management and handle sensitive communication matters across social platforms when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 57 years of experience in social media management, preferably within luxury real estate, high-end hospitality, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of luxury brand communication and high-end audience targeting.
- Exceptional written and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience managing multiple platforms and paid campaigns.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
