We're hiring a Social Media Content Manager in Dubai to lead organic content strategy across Landmark Group brands under CSi (Customer, Strategy & Intelligence). If you bring 5–7 years of experience in content planning, storytelling, and driving engagement across platforms, this is your chance to shape next-gen retail experiences.Job Title: Social Media Content Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of organic social media content strategy across multiple brands and platforms.
  • Define content direction, themes, and storytelling frameworks aligned with brand positioning and business objectives.
  • Own the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent, high-quality output across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with brand, marketing, and commercial teams to translate business priorities into engaging content strategies.
  • Oversee content creation (posts, reels, short-form video, captions) to ensure alignment with brand voice and platform best practices.
  • Identify content opportunities based on trends, audience behavior, and platform dynamics to drive engagement and reach.
  • Work closely with influencer and paid social teams to ensure content alignment and maximize cross-channel impact.
  • Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, content effectiveness) and optimize content strategies accordingly.
  • Establish content guidelines, tone of voice, and quality standards across brands and markets.
  • Lead creative briefing and direction for content production, ensuring consistency and scalability.
  • Drive experimentation with new content formats, storytelling approaches, and platform features to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to derive insights and continuously refine content strategies.
  • Ensure timely execution of campaigns, seasonal activations, and brand initiatives across social platforms.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep content strategies relevant and competitive.
  • Build scalable processes and workflows for content planning, production, and publishing.
