Job Description:

Engage business stakeholders to identify AI use cases, value drivers, and measurable outcomes.

Translate business problems into AI-ready functional requirements, epics, and user stories.

Define business KPIs, success metrics, and model performance criteria (e.g., accuracy, latency, fairness, ROI).

Lead process re-engineering leveraging AI/automation opportunities.

Conduct impact analysis, feasibility assessments, and cost-benefit analysis for AI initiatives.

Understanding of MLOps concepts: model deployment, monitoring, retraining, versioning

Familiarity with security, privacy, and responsible AI principles

Required Skills:

Exposure to AI/ML architecture and deployment patterns

8 to 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Techno-Functional Consultant / Solution Analyst

Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals: Supervised vs unsupervised learning

NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics (conceptual level)

Proven experience translating business needs into AI and data-driven solutions

Strong requirements management skills (BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
