About the Role
We are hiring a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our
company's social media presence across all platforms. You will be responsible for
developing and executing the content strategy, managing production and posting, and
driving engagement through creative, trend-aligned campaigns.
This is a role for someone who not only understands how to grow social media accounts but also how to use content to enhance brand visibility and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop, implement and execute social media strategies across key platforms
(Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Build and manage monthly content calendars
- Set KPIs and report on engagement, growth, and performance
Creative & Trend Activation
- Research and produce trend-driven content aligned with the brand voice and identity
- Experiment with new formats, styles, and storytelling to elevate the brand
- Source and manage influencer and UGC (User - Generated Content) material
Content Production & Posting
- Create or oversee production of high-quality content (video, reels, posts, carousels)
- Use tools like CapCut, Canva, Figma and Adobe Suite to deliver engaging visuals
- Schedule and manage posts with consistency and strategic timing
Community & Channel Growth
- Monitor and engage with followers through comments and direct messages
- Build partnerships with creators, communities, and relevant brands
- Conduct competitor analysis and continuously adapt strategy
Influencer & Creator Collaboration
- Identify and manage relationships with influencers and creators
- Execute content-based campaigns with clear ROI tracking
- Ensure proper delivery of content from partners and contributors
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of social media management experience in an agency or in-house team
- Proven track record of building and growing accounts creatively and strategically
- Skilled in short-form video and visual content production
- Up to date with trends, platform algorithms, and audience behavior
- Experience in influencer marketing and UGC collaboration
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Proactive, organized, and results-driven
