Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven and highly organized Social Media Manager to manage and execute MultiBank Group's global social media presence across all platforms. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering high-quality, consistent content, maintaining strong brand standards, and driving measurable engagement and growth.

You will play a key role in strengthening MultiBank's digital presence by ensuring timely content delivery, optimizing platform performance, and supporting marketing and business objectives through strategic social media execution.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Execution & Operations

  • Manage day-to-day social media operations across all global platforms.
  • Execute and maintain a consistent publishing schedule across channels.
  • Ensure content is delivered on time and meets quality and brand standards.
  • Maintain an organized content pipeline to support continuous content output.

Content & Brand Management

  • Ensure all social content aligns with brand tone, visual identity, and compliance requirements.
  • Work closely with design, video, and marketing teams to produce high-quality content.
  • Support campaign launches, product promotions, and global marketing initiatives.

Growth & Performance

  • Drive follower growth, engagement, and reach through optimized content execution.
  • Track platform performance, engagement metrics, and audience behavior.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Manage social content calendars and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Support global events, exhibitions, product launches, and campaign rollouts.
  • Ensure alignment between social strategy and broader marketing goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • Minimum 35 years experience managing social media accounts (preferably global brands).
  • Experience in Fintech, FX, CFD, Crypto, or Financial Services is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms, formats, and best practices.
  • Experience managing high-volume content output in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytics mindset with experience using social media performance tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict brand consistency across platforms.
  • Fluent English required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
