We are hiring a Manager who can coordinate teams, generate viral content ideas, and ensure smooth execution across client projects. This role is for someone responsible, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of both operations and creativity.

• Generate creative and viral content ideas for clients and brand pages

• Coordinate between content creators, editors, and clients to ensure smooth workflow

• Act as the gap between strategy and execution, making sure ideas are implemented correctly

• Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met

• Handle client communication and provide updates

• Schedule shoots, manage resources, and assign tasks efficiently

• Solve operational or creative challenges independently

• Maintain reports and track team performance

• Strong communication and coordination skills
