Role Overview

We're looking for a Social Media Manager to lead content planning and execution for our client campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who understands what performs on social media and can translate that into structured content calendars, strong campaigns, and smooth execution. You'll be working closely with clients, creators, and internal teams to bring content ideas to life - from ideation to publishing.

You should be equally comfortable with strategy and operations - planning content, managing creators, handling timelines, and ensuring all deliverables go live as expected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage social media content calendars for client campaigns.
  • Lead content ideation and contribute to creative campaign concepts.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their goals and translate them into content strategies.
  • Scout, reach out to, and manage content creators and influencers.
  • Handle communication with talent, including negotiations and coordination.
  • Draft and manage contracts and agreements with creators.
  • Oversee content production timelines and ensure all deliverables are submitted on time.
  • Review content to ensure it aligns with campaign goals, brand tone, and performance standards.
  • Ensure all content is scheduled and published correctly across platforms.
  • Support campaign execution from start to finish, including reporting and follow-ups.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and high-performing content.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of strong experience in social media management and content planning.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram content performance.
  • Experience working on campaigns, preferably in an agency or client-facing role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience working with content creators or influencers (scouting, outreach, management).
  • Comfortable handling negotiations and basic contract creation.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients.
  • Based in Dubai and available for on-site meetings.
