Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. The specialist will manage and execute social media strategies across various platforms, create engaging and brand-aligned content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include planning and scheduling posts, analyzing performance metrics, engaging with community followers, and staying updated on the latest social media trends to enhance brand visibility and reach.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and proficiency in Social Media Content Creation.
• Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing strategies and Marketing principles.
• Exceptional Communication skills for creating impactful messages and engaging with online audiences.
• Proficiency with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content scheduling systems.
• Creative thinking, trend awareness, and a passion for the beauty industry.
• Experience in clean beauty or cosmetics marketing is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
