We're looking for a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to build our brand presence, amplify product awareness, and drive engagement across social platforms. If you love crafting compelling stories, coordinating creators, and shaping the online voice of a fast-growing B2B fintech brand, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Social Media Management

  • Own Fortis social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, others as needed).
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content aligned with marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain consistent tone, messaging, and visual standards.
  • Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions, coordinating responses when necessary.
  • Track content performance and identify trends to boost engagement.

Influencer & Creator Partnerships

  • Identify, onboard, and manage influencers and creators relevant to SMEs, F&B, fintech, and business communities.
  • Coordinate briefs, timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
  • Ensure influencer content aligns with Fortis brand and messaging.
  • Track influencer performance and ROI to optimize collaborations.

Content Planning & Coordination

  • Collaborate with design and content teams to build monthly content calendars.
  • Adapt content formats for different platforms (posts, reels, carousels, short videos).
  • Support product launches, events, and campaigns with social-first content.
  • Ensure content is relevant for English and Arabic audiences where needed.

Campaign & Launch Support

  • Support go-to-market campaigns for Fortis products and activations.
  • Coordinate influencer involvement in launches and events.
  • Align social activity with paid campaigns and broader marketing initiatives.

Reporting & Optimization

  • Track and report on social media and influencer metrics.
  • Identify top-performing content formats and creators.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and brand visibility.

  • Growth in followers and reach across key platforms
  • Engagement rate (likes, comments, shares, saves)
  • Influencer content performance and ROI
  • Timely execution of content calendars and influencer deliverables
  • Consistent, high-quality, on-brand social content
  • Impact on campaigns and product launches

Who You Are

  • Experienced in social media management and influencer marketing, ideally in B2B or fintech.
  • A creative storyteller with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable coordinating multiple projects and collaborating across teams.
  • Analytical, data-driven, and focused on measuring impact.
  • Proficient in English; Arabic skills are a plus.
