Social Media Moderator

Mushor Engineering Consultancy and Project Management is one of the largest engineering firms in Egypt, recognized for its innovative engineering solutions and extensive experience. Originally established in 2004 under the trade name Vision in Design, the company was re-established in 2014 as an Egyptian joint stock corporation in partnership with Urban Edge USA, forming Consultant Designers Corporation (CDC). It was later renamed Mushor Engineering Consultancy and Project Management to reflect its expansion into the Arabian Gulf and North Africa. Mushor is dedicated to realizing clients visions and delivering high-quality project management and consultancy services.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Social Media Moderator. The primary responsibilities include managing and moderating social media accounts for the company, developing and posting engaging content, monitoring social media channels, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring that the company's online presence aligns with its branding and communication objectives. The Social Media Moderator will also collaborate with the marketing team to boost engagement and identify strategies to improve digital marketing effectiveness.

• Proven skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Experience in Digital Marketing and general Marketing strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platform trends
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the engineering or construction sector is an advantage
