Solution Architect (Value Add)
Contract Duration: initial 6 months contract
Location: Hybrid New Cairo (onsite for 2-3x a week)
As a Solution Architect Digital Banking (Value Add), you will be responsible for designing and orchestrating end-to-end digital capabilities that enhance customer value, deepen engagement, and strengthen the bank's digital ecosystem. You will architect innovative, scalable, and secure solutions across mobile and online banking, value-added services, personalization engines, and third-party integrations. Your work will directly impact customer experience, loyalty, and the bank's digital growth strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in architecting digital banking or financial services solutions, especially value-added capabilities.
- Solid understanding of mobile and online banking platforms, digital onboarding, customer experience flows, and digital service delivery models.
- Hands-on experience with API gateways, microservices, integration platforms, and middleware technologies.
- Experience with CRM systems, personalization tools, and customer engagement platforms is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with fintech APIs, open banking standards, partner ecosystems, and third-party value-added integrations.
- Knowledge of analytics, customer insights, PFM tools, loyalty engines, or recommendation systems.
- Understanding of cloud architectures, identity management, security frameworks, and regulatory requirements in banking.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to align technical design with business objectives.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work setup and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and cross-vendor teams.
