Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Review and approve QA/QC documentation, including ITPs, WPS, and quality procedures.
Participate in engineering reviews related to piping and static equipment.
Coordinate with vendors for document submissions, FATs, and pre-dispatch inspections.
Support procurement and project teams with technical QA/QC inputs.
Supervise site quality control activities for piping and static mechanical works.
Conduct inspections of welding, NDT, hydrotesting, and equipment installation.
Monitor contractor/vendor performance and compliance with project QA/QC plans.
Manage NCRs, corrective actions, and QA/QC audits at site.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
18+ years of QA/QC experience in oil and gas projects, across both office and site.
Deep knowledge of piping systems, static equipment, and applicable codes (ASME, API, AWS).
Strong experience with vendor inspection, fabrication yards, and site construction QA/QC.
Certifications like CSWIP, AWS-CWI, or ASNT Level II are preferred.
Strong coordination, reporting, and documentation skills.
