Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify new Clients and their requirements, with a focus on the Government Sector and associated private sector in the region
  • Establish new relationships and develop existing relationships with key Clients in the above-mentioned sectors to develop the logistics business
  • Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
  • In collaboration with product and pricing team, prepare commercial contracts while ensuring adherence to rules and guidelines
  • Continuously engage with Clients to ensure readiness for all upcoming tenders and RFQs related to Noatum's service profile.
  • Support other members of the Commercial team as and when required leveraging on high-level relationships and intelligence sharing about the counterpart.
  • Execute plans and programs as directed by the Commercial Director
  • Assist in the process of Commercial Planning for the organization with specific focus on the Government and associated sector.
  • Engage with Government authorities under the guidance of Senior Management to open business opportunities across the GCC region and assist in market expansion
  • Provide feedback to the product and pricing team on public sector requirements for logistics services, and plan an active support role in solutions design.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales software.
