Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist – Strategy System Technical Support to serve as the technical owner of the strategy management system, responsible for its maintenance, enhancement, and continuous alignment with organizational strategic objectives.

The selected resource will support the implementation of changes related to strategy, structure, and performance frameworks while advancing system capabilities in line with evolving business requirements. The role also requires ensuring seamless integration with internal and external systems and providing technical expertise in strategic planning, corporate performance, and service management domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Maintenance & Enhancement
  • Proactively monitor, maintain, and optimize the strategy management system to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
  • Implement system updates, patches, and configuration changes as required.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
  • Strategic Change Implementation
  • Implement all required changes related to strategy, organizational structure, and performance frameworks within the system.
  • Update and configure modules covering:
    • Strategic planning
    • KPI management
    • Dashboards
    • Project management
    • Service management
    • Initiative management
    • Excellence frameworks
    • Reporting
  • Ensure the system supports newly defined strategic objectives, KPIs, and initiatives.
  • System Advancement & Customization
  • Propose and implement system enhancements to improve overall capabilities.
  • Design and maintain:
    • Custom dashboards for executive and departmental reporting
    • Automated workflows for project requests and approvals
    • Business case approval workflows
    • Initiative prioritization workflows
  • Support integration with internal enterprise systems and external platforms.
  • Ensure alignment with government excellence frameworks and standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Training
  • Continuously gather feedback from stakeholders to drive ongoing system improvements.
  • Provide user guidance and technical support to maximize system adoption and effectiveness.
  • Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and training where required.
