Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Specialist role located in Qesm El Maadi. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers via phone to promote company services and close sales. Duties include addressing customer inquiries, delivering excellent customer support, maintaining accurate customer records, and meeting sales targets. The role may also involve providing product training to ensure customers are fully informed about the services offered.

• Strong customer service and customer support skills
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven sales abilities and proficiency in meeting sales targets
• Experience in providing training to customers or team members
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Previous experience in a similar telesales or customer-facing role is a plus
• Proficiency in using relevant technology or CRM systems is advantageous
