Key Responsibilities

Sales & Clienteling Excellence

  • Drive store revenue to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Build and maintain a loyal client base through personalized service and clienteling
  • Monitor key metrics such as conversion, ATV (Average Transaction Value), and UPT (Units per Transaction)
  • Identify VIP clients and develop tailored engagement strategies

Luxury Customer Experience

  • Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience aligned with premium brand standards
  • Provide expert styling advice across formalwear, business wear, and casual luxury
  • Handle high-profile clients with professionalism and discretion
  • Ensure after-sales service excellence and long-term client relationships

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team
  • Conduct regular training on product knowledge, styling, and luxury service etiquette
  • Set clear KPIs and monitor individual/team performance
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence

Store Operations & Inventory

  • Oversee daily operations ensuring smooth and efficient store functioning
  • Manage stock levels, replenishment, and inventory accuracy
  • Minimize shrinkage and ensure loss prevention standards
  • Coordinate with buying and merchandising teams for product availability

Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards

  • Ensure impeccable visual merchandising aligned with premium brand guidelines
  • Maintain store ambiance, cleanliness, and presentation at luxury standards
  • Execute seasonal launches and in-store promotions

Business & Compliance

  • Analyze sales performance and prepare reports for management
  • Control store expenses and optimize profitability
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and safety standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent retail experience
  • 5–10 years of experience in fashion retail, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong background in premium or luxury menswear brands
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills
  • Good understanding of menswear styling, fabrics, and trends
