Job Description

The Store Manager is responsible for leading and elevating the overall performance of the flagship store, ensuring the highest standards of luxury client experience, commercial success, and operational excellence. This role combines strategic leadership, team development, and brand stewardship to drive revenue growth while maintaining the prestige and integrity of the brand.

The Store Manager acts as a true brand ambassador, fostering a culture of excellence, clienteling, and high performance within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Leadership

  • Drive sales performance to exceed revenue and profitability targets.
  • Monitor KPIs including conversion, ATV, UPT, and client retention.
  • Develop and execute strategic action plans to optimize store performance.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within local and international client segments.

Client Experience & Brand Representation

  • Ensure delivery of an exceptional, personalized luxury client experience at all times.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with VIC and high-net-worth clients.
  • Champion clienteling initiatives and CRM strategies.
  • Represent the brand within the local luxury community and at key events.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales and management team.
  • Recruit, coach, and mentor team members to uphold luxury service standards.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and succession planning.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.

Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee daily store operations ensuring efficiency and adherence to brand standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security guidelines.
  • Manage stock levels, inventory control, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Partner with Head Office functions to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

Financial & Business Management

  • Manage store P&L and control operating costs.
  • Analyze sales reports and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts in alignment with business objectives.

Key Requirements

  • 812+ years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 35 years in a senior leadership role (Store Manager / General Manager level).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets within a luxury or premium retail environment.
  • Strong experience managing high-performing teams in a client-centric business.
  • Established network within the luxury market is advantageous.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and drive strategy.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
