Role Purpose
The Store Manager is responsible for leading the store as a profitable business unit and as a brand ambassador. The role combines commercial performance, team leadership, client experience, and operational excellence, ensuring the store consistently reflects the standards, culture, and positioning of Carter & White.
Key Responsibilities
1. Commercial Performance
- Own and deliver store sales targets, KPIs, and profitability.
- Drive revenue through client development, repeat business, and high-value transactions.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance and implement action plans.
- Ensure optimal product mix, stock rotation, and sell-through.
2. Client Experience & Brand Representation
- Deliver a best-in-class luxury client experience aligned with the Carter & White brand universe.
- Build and maintain a strong VIP and repeat client base.
- Personally manage top clients and high-value relationships.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards at all times.
3. Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop the store team.
- Set clear objectives, conduct performance reviews, and manage incentives.
- Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and service excellence.
- Manage scheduling, attendance, and productivity.
4. Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
- Oversee cash handling, inventory control, shrinkage prevention, and audits.
- Coordinate with head office on stock, logistics, and reporting.
- Maintain operational efficiency and cost discipline.
5. Reporting & Communication
- Prepare regular sales, stock, and operational reports.
- Provide market feedback, client insights, and competitor intelligence.
- Act as the primary liaison between the store and head office.

Profile & Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in luxury or premium retail, including 5+ years in a management role.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven track record of delivering sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High emotional intelligence and service mindset.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
- Comfortable working in a high-standard, fast-paced luxury environment.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
