Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Qesm 1st 6 October. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, including inventory management, ensuring excellent customer service, supervising staff, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include analyzing sales reports, implementing retail loss prevention measures, training staff, and driving high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Customer Service and focus on Customer Satisfaction.
• Strong Store Management experience with a solid understanding of retail operations.
• Effective Communication skills to manage team dynamics and interact with customers efficiently.
• Experience with Retail Loss Prevention strategies to minimize inventory shrinkage.
• Leadership ability to motivate and manage a team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle day-to-day challenges.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with retail software and inventory systems is advantageous.
