Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager based in Shuwaikh. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage a team of sales associates, monitor inventory, and implement retail loss prevention strategies. The role will require maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring the store meets sales and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
• Proven ability to deliver excellent Customer Service and maintain Customer Satisfaction
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Leadership skills and experience in team management within a retail environment
• Proficiency in inventory management and sales tracking tools is advantageous
• Previous experience in the retail or fashion industry is a strong plus
• Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
