Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Store Procurement Coordinator to support our store procurement operations. The role focuses on coordinating purchasing activities, maintaining supplier relations, and ensuring accurate documentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in handling purchasing requests and orders as per business needs.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders and supplier communications.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to fulfill operational requirements.
  • Prepare and update reports using Excel for procurement activities

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • No prior experience is required
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel.
  • Good command of English language
  • Basic understanding of procurement and ordering processes.
