About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Storekeeper to support the smooth operation of our hotel by ensuring accurate inventory management, strong financial awareness, and adherence to safety and service standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational efficiency while supporting a high-quality service culture for both guests and colleagues.

Key Jobs Responsibilities
- Constantly apply standard operating procedures in your department.
- Constantly follow tasks mapping list of the department.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock counts, and movements.
- Properly store items in designated locations within the store or warehouse to maximize space utilization and accessibility.
- Implement the first-in, first-out (FIFO) method or other appropriate stock rotation strategies to minimize product spoilage, obsolescence, or expiration.
- Monitor inventory levels and generate purchase orders or requisitions to replenish stock as needed.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts to verify the accuracy of stock records.
- Implement security measures to protect inventory from theft, damage, or unauthorized access.
- Identify opportunities to streamline inventory management processes, reduce errors, and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the same or similar role. Preferably in a 5-star hotel.
- Fluency in English
