Role Overview:

Full-Time Structural Design Engineer to contribute to the analysis, design, and detailing of structural concrete systems using modern computational and digital design methods. The role involves integrating structural workflows with architectural Revit models and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop efficient, coordinated, and innovative structural solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architectural and engineering teams using integrated Revit-based BIM models.
• Perform structural analysis, design, and detailing of reinforced/prestressed concrete structures.
• Apply computational design methods to improve the efficiency and optimization of structural solutions.
• Develop and coordinate structural models with architectural and other engineering disciplines.
• Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings, and design deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering with 3–8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of reinforced concrete structural analysis and design.
• Proficiency in structural and BIM software, including ADAPT, RAM, CSI PROGRAMS, Revit, and similar engineering tools.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
