Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to oversee and execute structural works on-site. The role involves reviewing design documents, supervising construction activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects efficiently and accurately.
Mandatory Requirements & Qualification:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in structural engineering
- Education: B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Technical Skills:Strong understanding of structural drawings, specifications, and design calculations
- Knowledge of construction methods for concrete, steel, and foundations
- Familiarity with international codes and safety standards
- Mandatory Criteria:Proven experience in site supervision of structural works
- Ability to coordinate with consultants, architects, and project teams
- Strong reporting and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and design calculations for accurate execution
- Supervise structural construction activities (concrete, steel, foundations) on-site
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, and site teams to resolve technical issues
- Monitor site progress, quality of work, and material usage in line with project schedules
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and quality standards
- Prepare technical reports, RFIs, and daily/weekly progress updates
