Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and student-focused Student Affairs Coordinator to support the overall student experience by managing student programs, services, and engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive campus environment and ensuring students receive the support they need to succeed academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement student affairs programs, events, and activities
- Provide guidance and support to students on academic and non-academic matters
- Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and administrative departments
- Assist in student orientation, onboarding, and engagement initiatives
- Address student concerns, complaints, and disciplinary matters professionally
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation
- Support student clubs, organizations, and extracurricular activities
- Monitor student satisfaction and recommend improvements to services
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in student affairs, academic advising, or administrative roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student management systems
