Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 9+ years of experience in Substation Projects.
- Relevant industry/client approvals as required.
- Strong client focus, planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise Site Engineers, Junior Engineers, and workforce to ensure effective communication and execution of work plans.
- Understand and manage electrical construction scope, objectives, and project baseline schedules.
- Plan project phases and coordinate scheduling with construction management.
- Implement approved method statements and risk assessments for all construction activities.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams to prevent constraints and delays.
- Ensure timely availability and proper allocation of materials, equipment, and manpower.
- Monitor site progress, address technical/site challenges, and report potential risks or delays.
- Ensure compliance with construction procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Measure team performance, manage resources efficiently, and escalate issues when necessary.
