The Supervisor will be responsible for managing end-to-end store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, adherence to operational protocols, and delivery of high standards in inventory management, customer experience, and team performance.

  • Own and manage the end-to-end store operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
  • Ensure strict adherence to inventory management protocols, including:
  • Maintaining 5S standards within the store
  • Conducting weekly stock checks and daily inventory walks
  • Performing regular security audits
  • Lead and manage a team comprising shift leaders, logistics associates, delivery associates, warehouse staff, and cashiers to ensure optimal performance.
  • Oversee payroll and attendance processes, ensuring timely closure as per defined timelines.
  • Monitor and track key store performance metrics, identifying gaps and driving corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and local regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct monthly store audits to ensure proper inventory placement and adherence to company policies.
  • Own and drive key metrics related to inventory management, delivery experience, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all team members are adequately trained and equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Take proactive actions during operational challenges and escalate issues in a timely manner when required.
  • Manage store cash operations, including reconciliation and timely deposits.
  • Plan and optimize workforce rosters for warehouse and delivery staff to ensure productivity and performance targets are met.
  • Prepare and share daily reports on store performance and operational metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to increase order volumes by improving serviceability and operational efficiency.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • 36 years of relevant experience in operations, preferably in a supervisory or team leadership role.
  • Industry experience in e-commerce, logistics, warehousing, or retail operations is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
  • Good numerical and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in team management and driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive results.
