Supply Chain Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Product Availability & Shipment Tracking:
• Check product availability and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Delivery Coordination:
• Align delivery dates with the delivery team in line with approved service levels.
• Customer Support:
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external customers in case of issues.
• Logistics KPIs:
• Suggest, achieve, and track KPIs such as shipment in full, delivery in full, cost savings.
• Customs & Documentation:
• Provide necessary documentation to customs brokers for shipment approvals.
• Warehouse & Inventory Management:
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and municipality; manage physical inventory.
• Vendor Management:
• Maintain vendor and service provider relationships; approve vendor billing to assigned cost centers.
• Record Keeping:
• Maintain and file all records in accordance with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor's Degree
• Preferred:Bachelor's in Business faculty
• Internship experience in logistics
• Completed supply chain project during graduation
• Skills:Excellent Excel & Word capabilities
• Basic knowledge of BI tools
• Strong English communication skills
