Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled
Systems Engineer to join our Implementation Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality system implementations, providing SLA-driven support, and troubleshooting complex customer environments. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end client implementations while ensuring a professional and positive customer experience.
- Review and validate documentation, workflows, and implementation plans with customers and vendors.
- Coordinate, execute, and track progress of new implementation projects.
- Install, configure, and optimize software and systems based on project and customer requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after implementation.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation and provide regular updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Proactively engage with customers throughout the implementation lifecycle to assess and ensure client satisfaction.
- Participate in continuous learning through training programs, workshops, and self-development initiatives.
- Maintain and renew relevant technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware).
Technical Skills & Experience- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in system implementation and troubleshooting across enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in the following technologies:
- VMware: vSphere ESXi, vCenter, Aria Suite Components, NSX
- Microsoft Infrastructure: Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DFS, Hyper-V
- Cloud Platforms: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure
- Enterprise Backup Solutions: Dell PowerProtect, Avamar, Veeam, or equivalent solutions
- Hyper-Converged Infrastructure: Dell VxRail
- Operating Systems: Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Ubuntu, other Linux distributions
- Server and Storage Infrastructure
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timely and successful delivery of implementation projects.
- Accuracy and quality of technical documentation and stakeholder communication.
- Client satisfaction during and post-implementation.
- Responsiveness and resolution time for support and troubleshooting activities.
- Active participation in continuous learning and certification programs.
Qualifications & Other Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to join within 30 days or less.
