We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive with proven recruitment experience in the UAE market. The selected candidate will oversee the hiring process from identifying potential candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting managers in selecting suitable talent.
Key Duties:
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle for assigned vacancies.
- Identify and attract potential applicants through professional networks, job portals, and internal resources.
- Evaluate resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Conduct preliminary discussions with applicants and arrange interview schedules.
- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs.
- Maintain organized records of applicants and recruitment activities.
- Ensure positions are filled within the required timelines.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of talent acquisition experience in the UAE.
- Knowledge of online sourcing platforms and recruitment systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Capable of handling multiple hiring assignments simultaneously.
