About the Role:
The Talent Acquisition Head will lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities with a strong focus on manufacturing and factory environments.
This role is responsible for attracting skilled technical, operational, and leadership talent to support production and business growth.
The position partners closely with plant managers and department heads to understand workforce needs and hiring plans.
The role ensures efficient, timely, and cost-effective hiring while maintaining high quality standards.
A solid background in industrial or factory-based recruitment is essential for success in this role.
Location: New Cairo / Sokhna
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to ensure high performance and hiring efficiency.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for all levels, including senior and executive roles.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and forecast future hiring demands.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
- Establish and optimize recruitment processes, policies, and best practices.
- Manage recruitment budgets, vendor relationships, and external agencies.
- Utilize data and recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices.
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent pipeline development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies during recruitment activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with proven experience in manufacturing or factory environments. ( Must )
- Hands-on experience managing recruitment teams and high-volume hiring.
- Ability to work closely with plant managers and production leadership.
- Excellent knowledge of recruitment tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using recruitment KPIs and metrics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight hiring deadlines.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
