Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, ensuring the effective implementation of all process steps from sourcing through to offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop assessments, and identify sourcing strategies.
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews, providing structured evaluations and recommendations.
- Ensure compensation proposals align with approved job grades and salary scales.
Manpower Planning
- Contribute to the annual manpower planning process, ensuring accurate role forecasting and alignment with budgets.
Emiratization
- Monitor and report on Emiratization targets; develop sourcing initiatives to attract UAE Nationals.
- Build relationships with universities, career fairs, and government bodies to strengthen talent pipelines.
Onboarding & Compliance
- Oversee smooth onboarding of new joiners in coordination with HR, Admin, and IT teams.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, UAE labor law, and internal compliance standards.
- Review and approve recruitment documentation (PRs, JDs, assessments, etc.) prior to escalation.
- Responsible for closure of the HR Audit and HSQE gaps (where applicable).
Stakeholder Management & Reporting
- Act as a trusted advisor to line managers on recruitment best practices.
- Provide regular recruitment dashboards and progress updates to HR leadership.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in TA processes, systems, and employer branding.
- Performs any other tasks or duties assigned by the Line Manager.
