- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent from various sources, including internal referrals, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Create and maintain a robust recruitment pipeline, ensuring a consistent stream of qualified candidates for open positions.
- Foster strong partnerships with hiring managers, department leaders, and other stakeholders to understand their talent acquisition needs and provide strategic guidance.
- Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, interview questions, and evaluation criteria to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights to inform recruitment strategies and optimize results.
- Create a positive and attractive employer brand image through various channels, including job postings, social media, and employee testimonials, to attract top talent.
- Stay informed about and ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and policies to minimize legal risks.
- Collect, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to inform business decisions, optimize recruitment strategies, and measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
- Oversee the use of recruitment software and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other talent acquisition platforms, to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Mentor and support recruitment team members to ensure they have the necessary skills, knowledge, and best practices to excel in their roles.
- Continuously assess and respond to changing business needs, priorities, and strategies to ensure talent acquisition efforts align with organizational goals.
Academic & Professional experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Businessor related fields.
- Certified Assessor is a plus.
- 6 to 8 years of solid experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Familiar using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
