We are looking for a passionate and innovative
Talent Acquisition Lead who is excited about technology, curious about AI, and driven by connecting with people and has the knowledge of conducting a competency based interview.
In this role, you will be the key partner with our Technology departments , and bring fresh ideas to how we attract and engage top talent. More than filling roles, you'll play a key part in promoting our culture, ensuring a human-centric hiring experience, and helping us grow with the right people on board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates across various departments
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position
- Utilize multiple sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet Salla's standards and fit within our culture
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including negotiating offers and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires
- Analyse recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
- Act as an employer brand ambassador, promoting Salla's mission and values to potential candidates
Requirements
- Proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, with a focus on sourcing and hiring for Technology roles
- Strong understanding of various recruiting platforms, tools, techniques, and ATS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates at all levels
- 3 years experience in full cycle recruitment in company or agency
- Keen attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Competency based interview skills
- Experience in making behavioural and situational interviews
- Experience with AI-powered recruiting solutions
- degree in organisational psychology is a plus
